Ten years after reconnecting over playdates and Filipino feasts, we’ve transformed our kitchen-table bond into Coffee Sarap, the café we always dreamed of together. Rooted in Filipino-American heritage and crafted in the heart of Denver’s RiNo district, our space is the alchemy of several years of dreams and ambition that we couldn't possibly be more proud of.

Our menu began with familiar flavors—ube, pandan, mestiza. Each creation, like our Mestiza latte (a Filipino-style horchata homage), tells part of our story. From Paboritos’ Filipino comfort food to Cakeheads Bakery’s fresh pastries and Talia’s Challahs’ handmade loaves, each bite tells a story to some of nostalgia and others of discovery. Together, we bring the warmth of Filipino flavors and Denver creativity to every bite.
